Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

Welcome to Phoenix Nation Muaythai Fitness! We're excited to have you join our community. By registering as a member, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Application of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all membership types offered by Phoenix Nation Muay Thai & Fitness. This T&C is valid if the members are paying the membership fee for the consecutive month and do not cease membership for more than three (3) consecutive months.

2. Payment:

• Membership fees and registration fees are to be paid in full upon registration.
• Payments are non-refundable.

3. Membership Duration:

Memberships are valid for the specified duration (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) from the date of registration.

4. Group Classes:

 All members are entitled to unlimited access to our group classes.

5. Terms of Use:

Members are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of Phoenix Nation Muaythai Fitness. Failure to comply may result in the termination of membership without a refund.

6. Safety Clause:

The safety of our members is of utmost importance. Participants are required to:

• Follow instructions provided by trainers during classes.
• Use appropriate safety equipment as directed.
• Inform trainers of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
• Members affirm that they are under healthy conditions to perform any physical activity and exercise. It is the member's responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any fitness program.
• Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their safety and personal property during classes and within the premises of Phoenix Nation Muaythai Fitness.
• Phoenix Nation Muaythai Fitness, its trainers, and staff will not be liable for any injury, accident, or death that may occur during training or within the premises.

7. Membership:

• Memberships can be renewed upon expiration to continue enjoying uninterrupted access to our classes.
• Membership purchased is not transferable to another individual.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Membership is valid for the month of purchase only. If members cannot attend that month for any reason, fees will not be carried over to the next month and are non-refundable.

8. Termination and Cancellation Policy:

• Phoenix Nation Muaythai Fitness reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Any cancellation made by members, for any reason, will not be refunded.

9. Communication:

Members may receive important updates and announcements via the contact information provided during registration.

10. Legal Compliance

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

By registering and making payment, members confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
